Before joining Nuggets, my girl did not have much interest in Maths. Starting from P3, Maths concepts became increasingly difficult for her to understand, and as her confidence dropped, so did her interest in the subject.
After being tutored by Tr Sandra, she is now able to handle Maths with much more confidence — which has also led to better EOY results. Not only have her grades improved, she no longer feels that Maths is a difficult subject. She even requests extra practice papers from her school teacher so she can practise on her own.
What I appreciate about the school is the small class size, with only 4–6 students per teacher. The teachers also provide frequent updates on each child’s learning progress, which helps us stay informed and involved.

Luke is with The Nuggets for English and Science. He has improved in his composition and science mcq (options can be quite tricky). His P3 EOY achieved good results. Teacher Vivienne and Teacher Melody has reviewed his papers and have developed plans for Luke to work on Comprehension and Science Open ended questions. My son looks forward to lessons all the time, with snacks during breaks and points system to redeem gifts.

My daughters have been going to MathNugget for almost 2 years and I do see steady improvement especially in my younger daughter. They are now more confident in this subject and can tackle word problems better. I appreciate the small class size (max5-6kids to 1 teacher) which ensures each child gets enough attention. Concepts and methods taught are closely aligned to school curriculum. My daughters tell me they learn these ahead of what is being taught in school which is very helpful. Overall, a good tuition centre with kind teachers and happy students. 👍🏻
Recommended as my child likes the point system concept that motivates her to do better to collect point to achieve her goal of getting the item she aims to get. Something different from other tuition centres. And the small scale ratio of students vs. teacher is a plus point as it is easier for the teacher to assist on weaker students. Thumbs up! ☺️☺️
