My child attends math lessons at The Nuggets Academy under the Bloom Programme and the Problem Sum Masterclass.

She has found math challenging and often lacked confidence and motivation in the subject. Since learning under Teacher Sandra, I have gradually seen a positive change in her confidence and attitude. She is now more willing to try questions and approaches math with less anxiety.

In the past, my child did not enjoy math tuition and was usually reluctant to attend extra classes. However, The Nuggets Academy is the only place she doesn’t mind going twice a week, which speaks alot of the supportive learning environment they have created.

Teacher Sandra explains concepts in a clear and structured way, and I appreciate her patient and encouraging approach with the students. She creates a safe space where children feel supported regardless of their starting point, and this has helped my child feel more comfortable asking questions and staying engaged during lessons.

As a parent, I also appreciate the regular progress updates from Teacher Sandra, which help me better understand how my child is doing.

I would recommend The Nuggets Academy to parents looking for math tuition in Singapore, especially for primary math tuition. It has helped my child build a stronger foundation and, more importantly, greater confidence in learning math.

My son is currently enrolled in Maths Nuggets, PSLE maths class 2026. He initially started off in the holiday programme/math booster class during term 3 & 4, 2024. At that time, he was in primary 4. Back then, before joining The Nuggets Academy, i was actively searching for a math tuition centre for him. Adam had some issues, he had some difficulty with solving problem sums, thus affected his confidence which then led to also careless mistakes. I took a chance and enrolled him in Maths Nuggets.

However, at the end of primary 4 and also throughout primary 5, i started to notice that he had many improvements. All positive! His confidence has grown, he is quicker in his work and also he is able to solve most sums. He also enjoys his lessons a lot and looks forward to going for lessons. He is very fond of all the teachers that have taught him as well.

What made me choose The Nuggets Academy is that they only have small group lessons. So that Adam is able to focus better and have personalised attention. Because of all these positive outcomes, as a parent, i feel relieved and a trust is formed. The teachers or staff answer my queries promptly and give detailed information on Adam’s progress. I would definitely recommend this centre to any child and parent!

My child has been with The Nuggets Academy since last year June. I enrolled him in primary 4 math. As I see the previous Tution teacher was unable to help him improve in 6 months. Hence I decided to change to Math Nuggets. He always struggle in problem sum questions and have lot of careless mistakes. After joined math nuggets, I see he became more confident when doing the math questions. He enjoys the lesson here.
Teacher Sandra will update his progress from time to time, so that I know he is slowly improving.
I would recommend Math Nuggest to parents, as I feel here is different from the usual tuition center.

Before joining Nuggets, my girl did not have much interest in Maths. Starting from P3, Maths concepts became increasingly difficult for her to understand, and as her confidence dropped, so did her interest in the subject.

After being tutored by Tr Sandra, she is now able to handle Maths with much more confidence — which has also led to better EOY results. Not only have her grades improved, she no longer feels that Maths is a difficult subject. She even requests extra practice papers from her school teacher so she can practise on her own.

What I appreciate about the school is the small class size, with only 4–6 students per teacher. The teachers also provide frequent updates on each child’s learning progress, which helps us stay informed and involved.

Luke is with The Nuggets for English and Science. He has improved in his composition and science mcq (options can be quite tricky). His P3 EOY achieved good results. Teacher Vivienne and Teacher Melody has reviewed his papers and have developed plans for Luke to work on Comprehension and Science Open ended questions. My son looks forward to lessons all the time, with snacks during breaks and points system to redeem gifts.

We highly recommend this tuition center. Thank you to Teacher Jerlyn, your commitment, individualized attention and support really help. My child score AL1 for her Year End Exam.

Nuggets Academy has been a great enovironment for my child. The teachers there understand each child's needs and do their best to support them. 🙂

My daughters have been going to MathNugget for almost 2 years and I do see steady improvement especially in my younger daughter. They are now more confident in this subject and can tackle word problems better. I appreciate the small class size (max5-6kids to 1 teacher) which ensures each child gets enough attention. Concepts and methods taught are closely aligned to school curriculum. My daughters tell me they learn these ahead of what is being taught in school which is very helpful.
